astah file list

astah file list displays all astah files that are registered with astah* share. You can open, download and delete astah files on the astah file list.

astah file list

1. Login to astah* share
2. Double-click target project in Project list
3. astah file list opens and all astah files in the project will appear

Opening an astah file

There are two ways to open an astah file

• Double-click target thumbnail
• Click target astah file in the Structure Tree which is at top left pane of astah* share screen

Deleting an astah file

To delete an astah file, select target astah files and click [Delete] icon.

Downloading an astah file

To download an astah file, select a file you want to download and then click [Download]

Changing astah file's thumbnail image

1. To change a thumbnail image of astah file, select target file and then click [Change Thumbnail image] icon.



2. A thumbnail selection dialog appears. By clicking [Next], you can see the next image. Select an image that you want to use for thumbnail then click [OK].

About thumbnails

During astah files are uploading, some thumbnails will appear on the screen to state the process, status and errors.

Thumbnail image	Description
	This image indicates that the uploading process has not started yet.
	This image indicates that now uploading is on process.
	This image indicates that thumbnail image files are missing. Thumbnail image files may have been deleted from Server.
	This image indicates that some of uploaded files are not applicable. You may have uploaded non-supported format files which mean files other than .asta, .jude and .juth files.
	This image indicates that there is a problem in uploaded file. Please open the file in astah* UML or astah* professional and check if there are any invalid models or problems and fix them.
	This image indicates that uploading failed. Stack overflow error may be causing. Please check Troubleshooting for resolution.
