Comment list

Comment list is a screen that shows all comments and replies on astah* share. You are able to view comments by categories such as project, astah File, diagram, model and comment itself.

Comment list

1. Login to astah* share
2. Comment list will be displayed in left bottom pane of astah* share

Newest comments (including reply comments) are shown from the top. On the other hand, when you see reply comments that are appended to comments, newest reply comments are shown from the bottom.

Show all

In Comment list, only first part of comment is shown with numbers of reply comments the comment has.
To read all comments and its reply comments, click [Show all] button on the side of the comment.

Switch pages

To view older comments in next pages, input the page number you want to see directly, and then hit [Enter] key.

Filtering comments

Set a filter to comments from pull-down menu. There are three types of filters,

• [Display all the comments]
• [Hide all the comments]
• [Display comments of selected user]

If you select [Display comments of selected user], you need to specify which user's comment you want to display.

View comments of project

There are two ways to view comments of project.

• Select target project in Project list
• Select target project in the Structure Tree

All comments in selected project will be displayed in Comment list.

View comments of astah files

There are two ways to view comments of astah file.

• Select target astah file in astah file list
• Select target astah file in the Structure Tree

All comments in selected astah file will be displayed in Comment list.

View comments of diagram

There are two ways to view comments of diagram.

• Select target diagram in Diagram list
• Select target diagram in the Structure Tree

All comments in selected diagram will be displayed in Comment list

View comments of model

• Select target model in diagram

All comments that are appended to the model will be displayed in Comment list

View specified comment only

• Select target comment in diagram

Selected comment will be displayed in Comment list

View reply comments

There are two ways to view reply comments

• Click [Show all] button on the side of comment in Comment list
• Click target comment in a diagram

All reply comments of target comment will be displayed in Comment list

Adding a reply comment

1. Go to Comment list and then click [Show all] button on the side of target comment you want to add a reply to
2. Click [Reply] on the bottom of the comment or reply comments if there are any
3. A dialog with textarea pops up. Enter comment, and then click [OK] button
