Hardware

Hardware requirements for running astah* share depend on numbers of astah files, users, diagram sizes and maximum number of multiple concurrent requests.

However system environment for Apache Tomcat, Java (which are included in astah* share installer) and astah* professional is basically a recommended system environment for running astah* share on.

In circumstance there are many concurrent requests to astah* share

Please use the machine that has multiple CPUs or multi-core processor to run astah* share.

Java (Included in Windows version only)

Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.6 or later

JRE 1.6.0_16 is included in installer for Windows.

Application Server (Included)

Apache Tomcat 6.0.20 or later

Apache Tomcat 6.0.20 is included in installer.

Database (Included)

H2 Database Engine1.1.118 or later

H2 Database Engine 1.1.118 is included in installer.
