Please contact us if you have any questions regarding operation and functions of Astah Share. Please note the product type, which is Astah Share and its version in the email. To see the version of Astah Share you use, the version information is shown on a header of Astah Share screen.

Bug report

Please send us a bug report if you find any problems or bugs during operating Astah Share.

1. Check Astah Share Bug report page to see if the bug you are about to report has been submitted already
2. Try the latest version first if you are using an older version
3. Send us a report to Astah Share Bug report and include following information in email
• Product Type (Astah Share)
• Version (Version is shown on a header of Astah Share screen)
• Description of the problem
• Reproducibility and steps to reproduce
• Attach log files (catalina.{date}.log and astah-share.log)
  They are both stored in the %ASTAH_SHARE%\server\logs
